A lot of people consider humility to be a sign of weakness. But that’s not true at all.
A humble person is not necessarily meek. It’s just that he doesn’t feel the need to appear overly assertive in order to hide his insecurities.
In other words, a truly humble person possesses quiet confidence. He goes about doing his business without ruffling feathers unless someone messes with him repeatedly or shows him disrespect.
There are several ways to identify humble people. One of them is that they do not boast or flaunt their possessions. They feel confident about themselves and do not always wish to see the spotlight on them.
Another way to identify them is to observe whether they indulge in theatrics to grab eyeballs. If they prefer to stay away from unnecessary limelight, the chances are they are humble and non-pretentious.
Also, they are usually non-confrontational and do not meddle in other people’s business.
How handwriting shows a humble personality
There is another, much easier way to identify humble people without meeting or interacting with them. All you need to do is take a look at their handwriting and, of course, their signature.
The handwriting size of people who are truly humble is neither too big nor too small. It’s just average. At the same time, the size of their signature is also pretty much the same.
Take a look at the handwriting sample of George Bush Sr, the former President of the United States, who died on November 30, 2018.
The size of the handwriting and the signature is pretty much the same. This shows that Bush Sr was a simple person with a large heart.
Average line spacing indicates he was a well-organised person, while the optimal word spacing shows he was capable of connecting well with people around him.
The simple form of Bush’s handwriting reveals that the former US President never felt the need to be pretentious and did not believe in putting on airs. In short, his was a what-you-see-is-what-you-get personality.
According to signature analysis, when the size of the signature is much bigger than the overall size of the regular handwriting, it shows that the writer projects himself as a more confident and self-assured person than he really is.
Such writers are loud and intrusive and do not believe in respecting personal boundaries. They often announce their presence to make sure they get enough attention.
