Staying motivated is crucial to achieving your dreams

Graphotherapy tips for Motivation

Often, there is found a considerable chasm between your ability to do something and what you actually do. Probably that is the reason Lou Holtz, a retired American football coach, once remarked:

Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”

Clearly, motivation is a pivotal factor, which determines to a great extent how we shape our lives and what are the resources we spend our lives with.

In short, motivation, or the driving force with which we achieve our goals, can work wonders if we manage to have loads of it within us. In other words, motivation is energy — a physical, psychic, emotional, and spiritual energy that we can feel when it is happening.

You are indeed lucky if you have that fire in your belly to perform, that uncontrollable desire to accomplish what you want, and that irresistible urge to annihilate complacency that could possibly erect a barrier between you and your goals. And if you have all that, then I have just one thing to say to you: Congratulations!

But if you feel that something is incessantly keeping you away from your destination, read on. You will learn in less than 2 minutes how you can obviate obstacles with utmost ease.

There are various tools, which we can help us stay energetic and motivated. And it won’t be an exaggeration if we say that maybe the easiest possible tool is your handwriting. The best thing: it’s affordable.

Handwriting, as we have discussed before, is a process; it is a brain-directed movement in space — very much like an ECG graph, which is a visual, electrical impulse recording of cardiac function.

Graphotherapy tips: Handwriting exercises can help you beat the stress and stay relaxed.

Handwriting too is initiated by electrical impulses from the brain, through the central neural system, through the arm/hand, and recorded on paper.

Both ECG and handwriting are bio-electric impulses; relevant and interpretable. Handwriting reflects personality, it tells who you are.

For example, your handwriting can reveal whether you’re open or secretive. The letter ‘e’ reveals how much you want listen and so on, says graphology.

Similarly, various types of signature can reveal a lot about your personality and your confidence level.

I am often asked:  does changing my writing mean I can change myself? Yes, you can.

A small piece of advice: before you start changing your handwriting using graphotherapy tips, it is always better to get it  analysed and understand whether you need to do those exercises and how they will help.

In this article, I share some  basic handwriting exercises which will give quick results. We shall work on the most common demotivators such as stress, tension during exam, lack of concentration, absent-mindedness and lack of stamina.

All you need to do is grab a  pen or pencil and a few A4 blank sheets.

Some ground practice rules. Whenever you want to do these exercises, do them regularly for about 15-20 minutes. The more you practice, the better the results will be. So, here are some graphotherapy tips.
